Perfect fit!!

Nothing ever works out for me when doing a project on my car untill tonight. I can't believe how perfect my intercooler fit. I am simply amazed.

This was the one part of the install I was really worried about. I do have to turn the intercooler upside down, not that there is a right side up really, but with my bumper on you won't be able to tell.

I will lose my fogs though.

For some reason, you don't have those two rubber parts on both ends of the bumper that I have on my 1995. I have no idea what they're used for. But they're all rusted (Yes, rust on the rubber!) and I really want to take them off.

When do you expect to have her running?

There is no right side up. I purchased that size intercooler for the sole purpose of being able to keep my bumper support, which I will be able to do no problem. If I were to cut the support and mount it higher then the entire intercooler would be coverd by the bumper and not exposed at all. The end tanks won't even be visable so it does not matter at all.

Yes it is. We will be installing pipes and such. Should be a good time for all involved.

Mike will be handling most of the piping I believe. I'll be working with the lubrication system. Brian will be taking pics, and Jason will be out driving around in his new Miata.

dont' remeber exactly. Its been so long since I bought it but I know it was more than I would probably ever need. It is short but it is pretty wide

26x6x3 I believe

This thread has turned gay , my fault though. I will start a new one with the rest of the install pics as things progress

I guess I counted my chickens before the hatched. Looks like I am going to have to cut up my bumper support or remove it. Intercooler is just hanging too low.
