98 max swaping in 01 ae motor

i have a 98 max my motor just went
i just bought an 01 ae motor
it a complete motor expect for upper n lower intake parts n 00vi andinjectors
i was currently thinkin about swapin my upper and lower intake parts, injectors and mevi on to this 01 ae motor
i was wondering what i have to chance inorder to make everyhting work perfect

I personally dont know TOO much about this - swapping a MEVI seems practical...since you dont have the 5th gen VI. Its the same block...I dont see why it wont fit. By lower intake you mean the plenum right?
I'm pretty sure the injector harnesses are different, look forward to some soldering if youre gona swap those too.

yes but if i used my 98 upper and lower intake parts and fuel rail and says like 555 injectors to my 98 harness theyre shouldnt be a problem im not goin to use the 01 ae 5 speed harness

You should either just swap the 00-01 intake manifold or just swap in a VQ35 if you really want to swap an engine in.

There really is no AE manifold/motor. You are just saying that because it came out of a 01 AE, right?

actualy i have a stillen v2 thats y im doin the swap got the motor cheap

I would buy 00+ upper and lower manifold w/ injectors go to with that motor. That would be hte best thing to do. 00vi owns MEVI.

You need to talk with StephenMax.....

He reversed the 4th gen lower and did some bolt-hole manipulating to allow his Z32 370cc injectors.

If you can't convince him to sell what you need, I'd do the DEK lower/upper swap and use RC/PE 5th gen injectors.

I meant that the motor came out of a 2001 AE maxima , not that the motor is an "AE" exclusive motor.

the coolant passage in the middle of the block on the de-k...some fabrication needed to make it work...also a few other things that i dont feel like typing anymore
