From all I've read, VQ35 crank and VQ30 crank are interchangeable, VQ30 heads bolt to the VQ30 block. But the difference I'm looking for here is that the VQ35 block has piston oil squiters stock. Feasible to keep all 3.0 goodies, use the VQ35 block for oil squiters? Suggestions/comments welcome.

May I ask why you would go to all that trouble just for oil squirters? The additional displacement would make it far more worthwhile IMO, and there are other methods to get done what oil squirters do.

BTW, the VQ30DET motor has oil squirters, so maybe you could add them to a DE block? as long as the piston side skirt clearance is enough.
