please help!! smaller pulley

Going to a smaller pulley called vortec and they told me I had to order from stillen because they modify there pulley to fit our s/c kit? I called stillen and they told me they don't modify the pulley and don't sell the smaller pulley but he could order the pulley for me just to give him the part # from the vortec site. Dose anyone know whether the pulleys from the vortec work without modification ordering the 3.25 6 rib. Thanks Luis

Sounds like you spoke to an uneducated person at Vortech. Seems like Vortech's customer service sucks. I emailed them twice telling them that there website wouldn't allow me to finish my payment transaction to buy the 3.25 pulley. Never heard back from them. Guess they don't want my money. So, I ordered it from someone else and saved $1 anyway.

No modification is necessary. I just put a Vortech 3.25 pulley on Sunday.

Forget about purchasing it from Vortech.

I believe I got mine from cprace.com. They don't list the 3.25 (they have all the other sizes listed), so I called them. The guy called Vortech, got the part #, and I ordered it. Recieved it 3 days later.

Also try superchargersonline.com.

Good luck.

Thank you for the web site cprace.com I ordered my pulley from there the cost was a few cents cheaper than vortec, and it was easy and quick transaction online. Stillen called me back today saying it was going to be 1 1/2 weeks to get the pulley and they wanted $89 plus shipping.
superchargeronline prices were the same as cprace but the shipping was ridiculous $25 ups ground $63 2 day air
