'99 chassis with '98 engine?

Has anyone ever ran into SC install issues of having a different model engine in a different year car? i.e. '99 maxima with a '98 engine. <--(mine)

:edit: The gentlemn at Stillen said the piping was different. he wasnt sure (see my other post)
but is that piping due to the frame or the engine?
