F/I Engine Displacement options

F/I Engine Displacement options
Just asking for opinions here guys, which I know most will be, "Do full 3.5". Found a company, L.A Sleeve, they make overbored sleeves for VQ30DE up to 3.911" bore with 1/8" wall, obviously requiring block work also. With sizes going from stock of 3.661 to either 3.786 3.848 and the one listed above.
3.786=3194cc
3.848=3299cc
3.911=3408cc
So, a possible 3.4 litres, from a thin sleeve, but Moly 2000 chrome-moly iron.
If I did the often mentioned, VQ35 size pistons, VQ30 crank/rods into a VQ35 block, I'd have 3150cc. And the CR would be quite low, with just stock sized pistons correct? I actually consider this the better of the grouping, because being able to utilize the under piston oil squiters of the VQ35 family, is always a good thing for a turbo. I also considered using the VQ30DET crank, but I cant find enough info on the crank, and tilley has yet to respond to any pms, but understandable considering how popular he is now. Is it just a difference in rod journal? Plus, performance nissans 300 dollars a damn rod is ridiculous. You can get EDM pressure fed oiling rods for that much a piece.
I'm open to all suggestions/opinions, or flame away. Thanks either way.
