Installing a AFPR....

I just purchased a universal Accurfab APFR, it came with generic instructions.

http://www.autoperformanceengineering.com/

-It says I need to remove the stock FPR, now looking at it, how do I plug or seal where the stock FPR go?

-Where exactly do I place the new APFR, before the fuel rail or after like the stock?

You will put a hose on the end of the fuel rail after the stock FPR is removed. That hose goes to the AFPR. Then a hose goes out of the AFPR to the fuel return line. A fitting will be needed to run a hose off the fuel rail after the stock FPR is removed.

You will also need a vacuum hose to the AFPR.

It won't fit at the stock locatin either, alot of guys mount them by the strut tower.
