they have some forged pistons and forged rods on e-bay for the VQ35 for $500 each, man parts for the VQ35 are getting cheap.

as far as internals go, thes pistons should fit any Max from 95-01 right? I have an 01 and I'm gathering parts to build an engine.... let me know and throw in some more spec when you get a chance.

Yes they will fit any vq30de. Havent seen your name around in a while. I dont know if you remember but these are the same pistons that on_alert had gotten when the turbo boom forst started up. I bought them from him but sat on em for a little bit cause I was going to school full time and taking my time to save money for an all at once build. As far as specs what are you looking for. I know they are 9:1 and that he had PFI make them for him. As far as any other stuff I think I could take em to a shop and get them measured out. I know you already sold the rods, but who did you get to make them?

 

on_alert orgianlly got them made from PFI and they were eagle rods
