Anyone know where you can buy this turbo for cheaper?

Just google it. That's like the most common turbo in the world, the first few sites I googled when I did it the other day for another guy were cheaper. Cheapturbo is... not very cheap.

 

I did google it, it just came up with mostly reviews while searching for garrett to4s 60-1 pricing.

The term "pricing" is what is screwing up your search. No websites use the word "pricing" on them, they say "price" if anything. By including the term "pricing" you are excluding any websites which don't have the word "pricing" on them, which would be most online stores. All I put was "60-1 t4 turbo" and came up with quite a few things on the first page.
