How to tune for light throttle under boost

Ok I have emanage (EU) Im wondering how Can i Tuned the car for light throttle going under boost. Ok the ecu may be in a closed loop operation but i may see as much as 6 to 10 psi under light throttle that will make me lean as can be how can i get the car to go to a open loop only when the car goes under any boost. 50-100 throttle is no problem. But what do i do for light throttle.

I know the eu has a feature where you can force the car to go open loop. But how can I get it to just go into open loop under boost. I may be on the throttle about 25% and see no psi or I could be on it 20% going up a slight grade and see 5psi. So how could I get it to reconize boost

I am sure you can add fuel depending on the boost level, but the ECU will try to bring it back to 14.7 while in closed loop. I don't think you can really force the ECU into open loop without altering signals like TPS, airflow, ect. Just one of the problems of a piggy back.

Yeah, you can do something like that, or do that coolant sensor trick to make the ECU think the engine is constantly cold. But it would likely throw it into limp mode and driving would not be too fun.

Are you measuring boost pre or post throttle plate?

Use the boost sensor input and tune for when you're in boost.

But if I go into boost in closed loop will it make any chages. How can i make it when it reads any boost to go into open loop and make corections. I know how to tune high throttle but im woried about low throttle and getting into boost.
Like take this pic for instance im on the interstate crusing in 5th gear in my turbo 3rd gen. Im at about 10% throttle and going up hill a little may be passing a car or something. Im at 4 to 5 psi and the airfuel is at 13.1 the only reason its not 14.7 dut to the rising rate fpr Witch will quickly be corrected by the ecu in closed loop. Ok about 5 to 10 % more thorttle would yeild about 10 psi but still on a closed loop.

At what RPM do you start showing boost? in my car, i start showing boost at 3k, which is perfect because I dont have to deal with having to tune part throttle. (T04B)

It really depends on when the open/closed loop transition is. Mainly it should be based on throttle position, but airflow and calculated load could be factors as well.

I don't see too much of a way around it. Perhaps a bigger turbo that produces more of the power later in the power band?

Right around 3300 but in say 4th we could get some boost around 2500
