General rule of thumb, (industry standard) is 3.0 bar, (43.5PSI).

Why wouldn't he want to set it back to 34psi (stock form)??

Injectors are tested and rated @ 3.0 bar from wherever they come from, no matter what they will be applied as ( > 3 bar). As I stated, general industry standard is 3 bar.

So my guess is that those 555's are 555cc @ 3 bar.

I could be wrong though.

But static fp is 34psi (both boosted and non boosted), and WOT is 43psi (non-boosted, variable for boosted) correct? Doesn't he want to set his static fp to 34psi regardless of injector size?

I think he's asking which pressure he should set it to for his setup, which i would guess is considerably lower than 43 PSI.

Furthermore, the stock FPR is calibrated for the stock fuel pump and injectors. I don't think the 34/43 PSI thing is binding regardless of what the fuel system is like. Changes in the fuel system should = tweaking the FP.

I have 550cc, z32 maf, fuel pressure is 43 idle starts and drives perfectly, It used to even be at 50psi but no longer. I say start at 43 and see how it idles/drives and tweak from there later

From the context of his question, seems as if 555cc is what he wants to be at. And since said injectors are rates @ 555.....

Trialt, do you still have a FMU installed? If so, what disc are you using?

no fmu installed. just using it as in i30tmiked's wrieup. also the sard fpr raises its own pressure when it sees boost. In the other threads when My build was in progress, a few people recommended removing the fmu such as nealoc etc.
My full setup atm is: V2 w/2.62, deatschwerk 555cc, z32 maf, sard fpr w/ sx7r rail adapter, vortech trex pump,

and also my emanage blue w/ ignition harness and 3bar boost sensor is on its way.

any idea of what this etup SHOULD yield? so I know what the goal should be... also found that my setup indeed works best at 34psi.. tried between 32psi to 43 psi and seems 34psi is perfect.. like other writeups say.. 34psi which is pushing about 80% efficiency... workes good so far! but I do need to fine tune when I get my emanage

:sigh:, 2.62 pulley, if done right is 400+ at the crank I believe..

Torque will be something like 120ft/lb and civics will still walk around you with no problem. JK, I can't guestimate what tq will be but don't expect a lot of torque out of the SC. Can't wait to see some numbers.

yep hope to see soem great #'s soon! just need to fix my emanage blue harness to hookup the injectors and ignition so I can pull timing.. the Z32 maf and Emanage fuel tuning fixed my hesitation problems, now to just get the timing down and itll be perfect.. last dyno.. 265whp 290lb/ft @6psi with no changes to the fuel system now running the 2.62 pulley w/emanage blue, z32 maf, deatschwerk 555cc, and sard fpr... should be able to raise it up some now...
