Looks great and glad to hear the boosted community is still alive and kicking!

That kit looks so familiar... Like a father to his long lost son I suppose. You know it when you see it.

Fitment was great..the only problem was that the plate was TOO wide on the bottom end. When installed, there was no way to get a socket over the tentioner. Impossible without cutting the plate.

Yup for the record it was ewuzh kit, which I bought from then I decided to send out to make sure it was rebuilt which it was and everything tested out good.

This was the 1st time I was holding, seeing in person and installing a supercharger kit for a maxima. Going on 68 pages of install instructions I had no idea the entire problem we ran into was the plate. I thought it was the fact that we had to cut something off the alternator to make the plate fit as I was told by many other boosted people. I called quits at 11:30 at night when I couldn't feel my fingers anymore and decided this is a total waist of my time. I did make a thread on nycmaximas.org in which I said pretty much everything I felt about that situation and how I wanted to sell everything.

In the end I did have matty offer to install the kit and just cool down. I didn't go through with it because at that time I had my eyes set on another car. I decided to stop messing around with an 11 year old piece of **** which was given to me, and in the end be on my own to feet and buy a car and make payments myself. So with this cleared I hope the 3 of us (You know who I am talking about) can move along with our lives and understand that I would have gone through the same problem but was to pissed off to realize it. I have nothing against matty, ewuzh or the new owner of the kit. In the end you got a supercharger kit for dirt cheap, installed professionally for a good price and run 12's (MAYBE) with a hot max. ewuzh one question though, that plate DEF looked like it was used how in the hell did you make it work..
