i'd just call around to some race shops and see where they get their bends and if that doesn't pan out just try some regular exhaust shops like Tuffy or Midas or whatever and see if they know where you can get mandrels.

For the exhaust - not the charge pipe.

My charge pipe bends are silicone couplers.

I'd better ask stupid questions before I actually do something stupid.

With my blow off valve, can I hook it up to ANY vacuum line off the upper plenum? Such as the 3/16" small one that comes off a 4-way tee that usually plugs into your aftermarket intake on your 00vi? My HKS SSQV comes with a 3/16" fitting on it and I thought might as well use the same size vacuum line to go with it.

I see. I guess just about any vacuum line off the upper intake manifold will work.

I've got just about everything I need lined up for the install. Only a couple misc things left.

And I'll be waiting for you to ship me a new tranny, lmao. j/k

It will see track runs, but i think mostly it'll be a dyno queen. It is after all my daily driver so I cant afford too much downtime on it if that tranny goes.

MaxBoost! Whats going on heaaaa?

Turbonetics Deltagate Mark II. WG reference = off intake charge piping right before the intake manifold.

I have no idea what spring is in it - supposidly a 7.5 or something? 1/2 bar? i have no clue.

It wont be as loud as open wastegate on a front mount. I would see and make sure the wastegate is opening. Also are you burning oil out the exhuast?

the inlet should be fine then but i would make sure that it is in deed pumping the oil out. That would be my guess there if you are burnign oil.

I have a transparent fuel filter in the front of the car where it returns the oil to the oil cap - theres oil flowing in there. so i guess its cool.

w00h00!!! sweet stuff man congrats on getting is done :-D. weeeeerd!!!

Once you figure out the oil situation (which btw, how long is your hose bet'n the turbo n the pump? Its a good idea to have at least 2 ft of distance there just in case after high rpms theres too much build up that the pump cant pull out in time) hit the dyno and see where this sucker is at (and get run files please! I will do the same when my time comes at the end of the month hopefully)

again, CONGRATS ON GETTING IT DONE

Make sure its not residual oil left from what was still there overnight. Thats what used to happen with streetz car until he added the turbo timer hooked up to the oil pump. Basically the oil pump runs 2min 30sec after shut off to get all that left over oil out of there. That got rid of ALOT of smoking of oil.

Thats not a bad idea. It can only help. It would at least remove the hot oil from the cartridge.

Dam man. I'm burning hella much oil out of the muffler/exhaust. Nothing else is leaking now.

I have a oil restrictor and my turbo timer is set at 2:00. I'mma try 3:00

I don't see why it would leak.
