Car studders bad

Ok a lil background. I have a 99 with a V1 kit and 2.87 pulley. Now i see 13 psi of boost first im gettin 11 in second. My question is. Some days i pulls hard for all of 2 seconds then it falls on its face then others it doesnt even try to pull. Put it like this i got wakled by a stock Spec V. I have tried swapping mafs and that didnt work. Wat else could there be. I mean making 13 psi of boos there should be no way i would be getting killed my a stock car. Thoughts?

Tune wouldn't cause what? Studdering? It sure as hell can.

But could it be a boost leak at higher PSI, or even a belt slipping.

Whats the W/B reading?

Check for leaks and check the knock sensor.

your either have a serious leak or a fueling issue.

like 3yrs ago mecca had an issue where he would be able to build low boost just fine but the maf connection leaked high boost pretty bad and it was next to unnoticable from in the car.

I find it weird that you're hitting 13psi yet feel no power. Doesn't add up.

How about the coilpacks?

Since the ks doesn't always throw a cel, pull your codes anyway.

Check plugs too and see if you are detonating. Also be thinking about getting something better than a SAFCII for tunning purposes, especially running 13psi. I think safc works well for NA tunning but not so much for boost. IMHO.

Could be a whole heap of things! Boost leak it wont be if you're reading 13 psi.

Check coils, fuel, etc.

One other thing to check may be your AFC - SAFCII or emanage. Check your MAF setting.
