SUPERCHARGER HELP

wassup folx, ive been working on my project for some time now. got most of it done, but lastnight i fired it up, and i keep running in the same problem, the belt keeps slipping off the the little plastic idler and getting shredded by the bolt thats behind it. i was gonna get the ASP steel idler, but if its alignment issues, i don tthink the steel one will fix the issue. another option i thought of was gettin matty's idler pulley, but that pulley would be too big for the belt to fit between it and the tensioner idler pulley, right now the way it sits, its barley enough space to fit a sheet of paper between there, but it clears. what can i do to make this thing align properly?.
P.S the pic of the bracket is not mine, but i have the similar setup with just a toyota idler pulley (13503-63011) on the tensioner bracket which is the same diameter.

just a few porgress pix

add one thin washer between blower and plate. Ensure each bolt has a washer so you space the charger away from the engine so your belt dont shred. Solution two, do away with that one bolt! Try to go away with the bolt for simplicity. if that dont work then do the washers!

thanks for the help, i ended up shaving the S/C plate nub where the plastic idler pulley bolts to, then added a small washer, now its lined up..this thread can be closed
