if youre going to make solid mounts, why even bother with all that there and not just make an L plate solid mount that will eliminate the oem bracket and leave a whole lot of more space for piping??

I guess you plan to use a slip joint clamp with this mount. I agree with the op too much work I would just make a solid L shaped mount and call it a day.

I know nothing about turbos or anything FI, but i have to ask, why not a
manifold without touching the radiator nor the motor mount ? rear facing maybe could be a solution ?

No the injectors are different, side feed in the 3.0, top feed in the 3.5. You should find out what other differences there are between these 2 motors.

It is possible to run the side feed injectors and rail on a 3.5 if you use a 4th gen intake manifold. However, you will need fuel management when using larger injectors.

This is info you could have found through research. People probably told you no because there's hardly a reason to run side feeds on a 3.5.

i was just curious. i have been thinkin of a 3.5 swap plus turbo. and now my mind is stuck on it. im looking for a motor now and then looking for the turbo setup and doing it all at once. i like the ideas off of here. i like the motor mount idea.

Do you have any internal work done or is this on a stock motor?
