Need help...turbo kit installed

My turbo kit is finally installed, with few things missing and minor difficulties..
It is a custom kit, used turbo and have a huge problem.

I can spin the blade of the turbo by hand but when the car is on, and idling even with load on the engine... the blade dosent turn by itself... what could it be? Need help asap...

ur going to have to give more information than that. How are you putting load on it? are you driving around or this is in neutral. what size turbo is it? If you have a big exhaust housing its not going to spin at idle, you would have to put REAL load which means actually drive the car and go through the gears. I had a t04b and it woudlnt spin at idle. Is the oil supply to the turbo done properly, is it getting oil?

That is a pretty big exhaust housing. It will spool up in the upper rpms. My t04E spun at idle that was a .63 a/r

Mine slightly turns at idle (t3/t4 .63 a/r), sometimes it doesn't, if it turns when you rev you should be okay. You can double check for leaks in your feed pipe as well.

guys using a t3/t4 will spin at idle, full to4s may not spin at idle but you should see some boost when you drive the car and the engine is loaded. not really a given just in neuatral revving it. I had a to4b with a .69 turbine housing and i dont think i could rev it in neutral to see boost. this is not a belt/rpm driven thing. you need to drive the car and load the engine, especially with a .84 ar, is it on center? tangental? i would look for a .58 housing for that turbo, or its gonna be a pig for a little bit. make sure the drain is not backing up, and also check for pressure under high rpms, i was putting too much oil in the turbo and it would smoke , needed to use a restrictor

my drain line is a bit long and this is a dip then it goes back up into the pan is that alright ? or should there be a straight downward slope to the pan?

If there is a dip it will smoke, it needs to be downward sloped as you said. If you fix it and it drains enough not to smoke under boost you won't need a restrictor. Give it a little time to smoke out the excess oil it may not be a right away thing, there may be oil residue in the exhaust, etc.
