Still doesnt turn on. *turns on but inj open@start up**

I finally got around to checking my car a bit more. I have two ecu's and a greddy ultimate. My reflashed ecu on the greddy ultimate wasnt showing that that my computer was tellin the ign to spark ( my coil packs spark) so i connect my auto stock ecu and the same thing. The greddy isnt showing it to spark.

Any idea?

Either unplug the eu and try the ecu directly or install the ecu in another car

If it is getting spark but no fuel it would try to start with starter fluid, but if you are getting no spark then it wouldn't. You need to troubleshoot for codes and check resistances, grounds and conditions of crank sensors, etc.

Double check your wiring. I had my Ultimate wired properly according to the pin diagrams but the input and output signals on the harness were reversed so double check it.

The car was working fine up untill I stopped driving it for a long while. So I don't think it's the wiring. I guess the only thing left is to take off the Freddy ultimate. Maybe it somehow went bad over the months it was sitting

Is the car compeltly dead meaning it doesnt crank at all or does it crank but just wont fire up?
Im just curious if its the battery, especially after sitting for so long. It might have enough power to power some accesories but not enough to turn the engine over.

I'm confused. Why would you think cutting the wires of the EU would solve your problem??? Regarding the EU installation, not all the wires are tapped, some are intercepted. So now that you have cut wires, you have an open circuit in some of your wiring...

You're making things harder to troubleshoot, not easier. Start with the easy stuff like the battery, fuses etc before you go for the hard stuff. But first, now you have to get the OEM connections at the harness back.

Exactly, Im betting it wasnt the EU to beign with If the car ran fine before letting it sit.

Yes, the car cranks but wont turn. I took the battery to get recharged cause it was dead, so was fresh

You wouldn't happen to have a '99 Max would you?? If so, maybe the immobilizer is getting you.

Yes all wires are correct. I cut it out cause the thought crossed my mind that the eu some how went bad and that it was causing it not to turn on. But I was misstaken.

I did send the eu to greddy to make sure it was working properly. I haven't heard from them in over a week in half.

Got my EU back a couple days ago.

Ground seem fine, if i were to put a multimeter up to each of the ground/ign/starter/ whatever wires to my ecu, think that would help?

did you check for voltage at the coils (12v) or signal at the coils while cranking(5v)? There is a lot of stuff that would help diagnose this that either you havent done or havent said youve done

Well i thought it was EU.

When i got the call from the mechanic he said the car was running fine with just the reflashed ecu. When he installed the EU, the car had trouble starting..and smoking really bad. SO i drove it home 30 bux in gas and 15 miles later..im less than a quater tank.

But when i hooked up the EU it ready all 0's assuming its not doing anything. So i re looked over the wiring and it was all wrong. When i would try to start it it would spuder and spuder and finally turn on with gas on the floor. SO i brought it home and jack it up, no fuel leaks. So whats next? Ive soldered every wire and tapped every wire...and now the car doesnt even turn on. It just leaks gas throu the bottom..im sure it cant be every cylinder....

What are the 4 yllw switches in front of EU do?

Ive double checked everything all wires are fine...any idea?
