Boost Problem

Alright I have done a search to see if anyone has had this problem and didn't really find anything. I just supercharged my max about a month a go, I am running a 10 psi pulley, with 2.5" IC piping, 00IV, 600 DW injectors, aeromotive fuel regulator, Warbol 255 fuel pump, Z32 maf and I tuned it with nistune. My problem is that I can't seem to make much boost, I boost leaked check it, fixed that leak (turned out the lid of the maf was lifting) and I got it up to 5 psi close to redline, I know that because I'm at altitude (6,500ft) i wont make 10 psi, but I feel like I should be making more then 5psi. Any help or guidance is much appreciated.

What is your redline? What trim is the supercharger? Have you set the Bypass valve? Do you have an intercooler? Do you have any intake or exhaust modifications, or cams, etc?
