235/40/18 - best choices, opinions please

first one up - Dunlop SP sport FM901 - i think sprint picked these up not to long ago. good price, nice looking tread pattern, average driving life expectancy ???

next is the Yokohama AVS ES100 - I have heard and read good things about these, at the top of my list just want to see how it compares.

last is the Yokohama AVS SPORT - i have alwaysed like these tires. i think a handful of max guys have bought these. whats the mileage life on these??

making a purchase this week. any inputs apprecatied.

Frist of all... hi budddyy !!! Where you been at, now to answer your question I have haer a lot of good things about the avs es100. I know a few of the techs that I work with at carmax and many of my good friends at surrounding tire shops also recommend that brand...good directional tire.

I have 235/40/18 AVS Sport on my 98

the tyres seem to be wearing quite well and the grip that they deliver is absolutly phenomenal. I highly reccomend these tyres

AVS-ES100's are great tires had some of those. I'm running S-03's and love them. They even hold up fairly well. I will get two summers out of them for sure.
