I have a white Maxima and I want 18" or 19" white rims on them but my friend disagrees on white rims on a white car. So i wanted your opinion on what looks the best on a white car? I know that it's all my preference cuz it's my car but I'm just curious of how many peeple are a fan of white rims on a white car. I wanted something like these...

I've always liked how dark rims (black, gunmetal) on white cars make it look especially mean..white is too tame!

 

really? i like how white rims match the white car...it looks really clean. i would think gunmetal and black would clash with the white so i wasn't really thinking about that...so it's either silver or white for me. but it seems that people are liking gunmetal/black...hmmm....

 

I think white rims on a white car makes it look too sterile.

I however like how white rims look on darker blue/green cars.

Whatever though, you'll be driving on them so choose what you like. Frankly, rim pattern/style is more important than colour.

 

I voted for the gunmetal wheels-especially since I have them ordered for my car(hopefully they will get here soon!). Something to think about, plan on cleaning the white wheels at least once a day. Brake dust on white looks really nasty.

White rims look awesome. I hate black rims, looks like you dont even have wheels when you're moving. I have silver but debated on white before i bought mine.

 

that's a good pt u made...i honetly don't think i'll be cleaning my wheels that often. hmm...but i've always been set on white wheels tho...now i gotta think about this...crap

 

Look into a silve with white lip. That would look hot.
itll be a biatch to clean though.

Personally, white looks ricey to me. I would stick with silver.

black or gunmetal on a white car looks hot! chrome or silver looks great on dark colored cars. I think it all depends on if you want your wheels to stand out from your car... if you go with silver it will kinda blend into the white color... I personally like the wheel color to stand out.

Gunmetal/Black in my opinion, yes white looks ricey to me... take a step on the wildside and go with a darker rim.

 

If you do it right....paint 'em white.
