Help pick Drag radials for 300zx NA wheel

I have a front pair of non turbo Z wheels and I want to put drag radials on them. are they 225/50/16 size tire correct? Also can anyone recommend a decent pair of drag radials? nothing too expensive since I dont race much but just a decent pair.

Try the BF Goodrich Comp T/A Drag Radial...you can find them at Tirerack...9.3 Dry traction rating. Used alot on American Muscle Cars. You can try Micky Thompson street tires, or even Hoosiers.

I use the BFG T/A g-force Drag radials...they are the newer tread pattern...look good and grip well...but I have not really had too many runs on them...they may get better with time.

From what I read, they are pretty much the same weight as stock sawblades except that the Z wheels are wider so you can mount a much wider tire.

right now im too broke to buy drag radials so looks like Ill have to wait until next season to use these

hmm... yeah i know they make drag radials in 16". i'm just wondering about drag slicks. if i'm gonna keep a pair of rims and tires for the dragstrip might as well get drag slicks if i can.

the reason i ask with the Z32 rims is that i have the z32 calipers/rotors on my max...

BEJAY1 do you have an extra pair of Z rims that you want to sell?
