Yes, they will fit. I would recommend a wee bit lower offset and AT LEAST 7.5" wide wheels though. But they will fit.

Then go for it. Those specs are identical to the stock 17" 2000 SE wheels.

Also, how do you know if it is a good deal if there is no "buy it now" and there are 3 days left in the auction.
