Konig Appeals 225/35/19

Hey I just bought 4 19" Konig Appeals. The recommended tires are Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D2, Pirelli P7000 Super Sport, and Toyo Proxes FZ4. I was just wondering if anyone knows where I can get these tires for a good price. Also... What kind of springs I should get to lower the car? thanks alot
