man, screw you. i have been researching for months, i would just like to get people's opinions on the org. pardon me, but i thought that was what these forums were all about, was helping out fellow maxima owners with questions and concerns. if you cant help me out, then shut the hell up and dont look at my posts.

Many people are speaking highly of the BFG's and some like the 555's. Its all subjective. They are both good for the purpose of drag radials. If you buy the BFG's this time, get the 555's next time to compare them yourself. Drag radials aren't going to last all that long anyways. You have a great opporitunity to let the other guys know which is better. Keep us informed of what you decide.

BFGs are stickier, 555Rs last longer.
I say get slicks and skip the DRs. Why cut 2.1s and 2.0s when you can cut 1.9s and 1.8s for the same amount of money. Unless of course you want to drive on them on the street too.

Yeah mine were like $140 each. I dont know what size DRs you are getting but even if you are getting 15" ones they are like $115 so you're only saving 50 bucks. When you are running 14.2s and could be running 14.0 flats I think you are going to really be kicking yourself for not spending the extra $50. Why compromise if you are getting a dedicated drag tire?

yeah what brand and size are you running? do you have the 15" wheels?
