What kinda tires on your Max?

I just got 4 new BF Goodrich Traction T/A's for around $400 mounted and balanced this afternoon. Just curious as to what kinda tires the other .Orgers are riding on.

Dunlop SP Sport 9000 .. very nice tire. Once they're nice and warm, the dry traction is excellent. Wet is average and I haven't tried them in the snow yet.

Sumitomo Sxrions (SP?) mounted on stock 15s. Pretty decent stick in dry weather, terrible in wet weather, especially snow.

Winter: Sumitomo HTR+ 235/45/17
Summer: Nitto 555 245/40/18

Nitto's handle better, but seem to be a little louder as well. Ride about the same.

Just bought the Falken Ziex 512's. Quiet, Quiet, Quiet. I can't believe the difference in the ride. Bumps that normally give me problems are supple feeling now. I just got them today, so I'll have to see how they are over the long haul. I'm going to have to go back to the shop and have them rebalance.

Bridgestone Potenza RE92 225/50/17. Stock tires. Grip wise they've been decent in dry and wet conditions, but when I step on it it feels like I'm driving on ice the way they spin. I've put 32000 miles on them and they still have lots of tred left. As soon as I can afford it I'm going to get Falken Ziex 512's or Nitto 450s, or 555s. I can't wait. Those seem to be the 3 most recomended for the price.

Michelin Pilot XGT H4's; 225/50/16. Grip is extraordinary, with no added Road noise. Treadwear is to be determined since I've only had them for ~200 miles.

Pirellli....

Pirelli P Zero Nero M/S 235/45/17 on 17 x 8 Mille Miglia MM11-3 5 Star Rims..........Cant say enough good things about these tires. By far the best All Season/Ultra High Performance tire on the market. Finally a tire that delivers on its promises.

I just replaced 2 Kumho 712s with Continental Contiextreme Contact 225/50-16 on stock SE wheels. I should have done this a long time ago! I liked the Kumhos but the Contis are a far better tire in all ways. I am shocked. I have not driven in rain or snow yet (it won't rain in LA for another 7 months) so I can't attest to their grip in the slip, but I think the ride and low noise is great with as much grip as the Kumhos. I will replace the other 2 soon. No more squirly steering wheel on bumpy roads. It tracks straight and true. I highly recommend!

Kumho HP4 716 215/55/16 on stock wheels. I'm in the north and these performed very well in the NY winter. Trying to get 235/45/17 712s with new rims now...

Nitto-555 245/35/20.... love them... so much better than the RE92s.... handles very well in dry and wet.... i hear that it's not very good in the snow, but it never snows down here in GA, so i went with these...
