help with curb rash...

alright here's the deal...today, as i was coming out of the bank drive through, i didnt notice that there was a stupid curb that extended about 4 ft or so passed the carport, so like an IDIOT, i cut it too soon and clipped the curp with my drivers side rear tire....now theres about an inch of curb rash...im a when it comes to wheels/tires, so my question is: can i get the curb rash repaired? If so, where do i go to do this...or do i just need to buy a new wheel? (need new tires soon anyways, and there's a max wheel on ebay for 50 bucks right now) thanks in advance!
