Experience W/ Centerline Wheels

Does anyone have any pros or cons about centerline wheels. Are they truly light and strong.

They say the rims can hold 1200 lb. Is this any good.

that's not saying much because when you hit a pothole or bump, pressure at that point of impact can be lot greater than what those rims can hold.

They are light. Should be pretty strong since they're forged. Too narrow though, so I would never buy 'em

I have them and they are very light.

Mine are 17x7 and weigh 13.5 lbs. Centerline RPM.

They look really good on the car and I get lots of compliments. A lighter rim really makes a difference in how it drives, too.

I hit a raised manhole cover in a construction site (didn't see it in the rain at night) and bent one rim. I hit it very hard and that is the only damage. The outer lip is still perfect (that's why I didn't know it was damaged). It also stayed intact and doesn't seem to have any balance problems. I didn't know the rim was bent and had the car over 100 without any shaking. I drove it for several months until putting my snow tires on.
