i cant find a website with them on there..i was wondering about the weight difference between these and stocks, i kinda want lighter rims than stock..

apparently my work doesnt get a very big discount on these wheels, are there any that are really similar in konig or enkei. I think i saw one in enkei that was similar but i dont know if i like it as much.

they still sell the c5's?
if they do, i work at discount tire, so i'd get a discount....dont ask me why i dont know if they sell them, its hard getting info out of my work.
and yeah..it is too bad i wasnt around, you live near.

oh, so your theory is "if its old it sucks"?
i cant say i've seen any ricers around here with wheels that are worth a ****. Racing harts are nice wheels..and i'll be proud when i own them despite their age and who else owns them.
ive seen alot of trashed maxima's too..my car is 10 years old. Obviously my mentality allows me to see past what other people have and how old something is, to what I value.

age has nothing to do with it. i'm just pointing out the fact that they were a FAD. i'm not out to get you, calm down. did i ever say "if it's old it sucks?" quit putting words in my mouth. there's plenty of old wheels i respect. sorry i even said anything, seriously

and i'm plenty calm. i didnt know they were a fad. but once again, i didnt start this thread intending to get opinions about the wheel, i've already got my heart set and when people oppose it, i just dont see the point.
anyway...i still have no idea how much these cost.

If I find them for cheap I'm buying them!
I'm trying to see what kind of discount I can get at work, but I don't even know how much these go for. But I've been told they still sell them..

okay well a friend at work called hart racing. Apparently they dont sell 17" anymore but they do sell 3 peice 18". The 18"s would cost me 215 a piece. Screw that... im kinda irritated actually. I dont know if these imitations made by other companies are worth a ****. But i definently do not see a point in buying a rim that doesnt weigh less than stock. i need to check some statistics on this ****..but it looks like unless i can get a really good deal on some c5's i'll be looking at other wheels.

The manager of my work called hart racing, I trust that he gave me an honest answer seeing as how if I decided to buy them he would have to present them to me as he described.
Either way, I'm not buying 18" anyway.
