New Tread - Florida Car

Have a 2001 maxima gle in florida and need to know what the best tires are for humid and rainy climates. would like tread wear to be good as well as handling in rainy conditions.

Also can someone confirm tire size

205/55/16?

Thanks so much,
Gmax

popular choices seem to be Toyos Proxes 4 or Michelin Pilot A/S. I also recommend Falken 115s. They are bit soft but very sticky

Bridgestone Potenza RE 950 are the best Rain tires I have ever owned. However they were not as smooth or quiet as the LS. No hydro and had a hard time breaking the loose in my 89 Max from a dead stop. Of course thats only like 155 HP.
