Looks decent, but I think I might prefer the stock wheels on a 6 gen.

^ Those look infinitely better than the stock wheels, IMHO. Kinda reminds me of a G sedan... ;-)

Thanks, I was kinda worried but I felt the color of the rims might look good on Smoke. The G35c rims have an eye catching effect when the spin.

Installed my g35 rims last night...took almsot two hours.
Nothing like a little elbow-grease and selfaligning :]

Why? Were you mounting the tires too or something?

Yeah, I had to get new tires because the previous owner balded the rear tires and the two front tires weren't exactly in prestine condition.

But here's the thing.
Wheels only cost me $280 :]

Check out the first post of this thread... Local papers and Craigslist are good ideas, too.

I searched the whole thread and still havent found my answer so lets see if anyone can help me. What would be the correct size tire to run the 19" ray wheels on an 03 max? Also, i read they are staggered so would i run the 30mm in the front and 33mm in the back or vice versa? Thank you.

245/35/19

You can run whichever you feel like F/R.

Yes, but you may want to throw some spacers on there. 45mm is a high offset IMO.

Your wheels will be sitting deep inside the wheel wells. The spacers would bring them out more closer to being flush with the fenders, which is all the rage on here. But if you don't care about things like that, then you'll be find without the spacers I think.

Will my speedometer and whatnot be correct? Would it cause any distruptions in the ride quality? I think it would be better to go with spacers because I wouldnt want my car looking lke its running on bicycle tires. Where would u be able to get them?

Thanks for the help

Wow, I am suprised that you have been on the forums for so long and you don't know the answers to these basic questions. I assume your car is stock?

With those tires in the auction, your speedo would be 4.0% too slow. Look for H&R spacers on eBay or the GD section. Check the stickies for correct tire size/offset issues.

will these fit?

I know these aren't G35 rims...but they're their close cousin...

anyone know if these 350Z rims will fit a 5th Gen SE?

The auction states
18" X 8.5" with a 5 lug on 4.5" bolt pattern and will fit any Nissan 350z or Infinity G35
... so if they fit a G35....does that translate into them fitting a Max?

Thanks.

------------

EDIT

a little more searching and browsing and I found the answer myself.
