I've had my Falkiens on the front for about 7k and have noticed a slight vibration off/on since I had them installed. I took my car to the dealer right before I hit 100k and end of my warranty and they told me they are cupped from lack of rotation. I only have about 7k on them from new. Could they have been cupped from the factory???

That is possible. If you go into a sears or some other tire place they have illustrations showing the way a cupped tire looks and also the different alignment problems look (negative or positive camber or toe). I had a 97 max that had cupped tires but mine was due to poor rotation. I drove my car over some light dust then you can see if the tires have uneven wear or cupping that is not seen by the naked eye because it hasn't worn enough too see. The other way to check to see if it is cupping is to run your hand over the tire and feel for lumps. At 7000 miles the tires should not need to be rotated. I now go 7500 miles between rotations I purchased the lifetime balancing and rotation. The tires might have been cupped when you bought them. If that is not it then it could come from bad struts if I remember it correctly. I hope it's not the struts. Try looking around for what causes cupping but 7000 miles should not cup your tires in normal situations. I'm sure one of the guys will come and give you some advice.
