Car & Driver tire Test - Dec 05 Issue

The only surprise to me was that they tested the Potenza RE050 instead of the S-03 Pole Position.

Interesting results. I'm also surprised they didn't test the Toyo Proxes 4's, but they are an all season performer rather than a straight performance tire. That being said, my impression of them is great dry and wet traction. I've not yet slipped, slid or skidded in either dry or wet conditions. And I tend to push them a bit. Of course, I'm not driving a high performance vehicle like a BMW...lol.
