tread block squirm?

I am on Eibachs, and konis with 17x8 rustang rims just put on weeks ago. I chose Nitto 555's. The first thing I noticed was a bit of "loosness" in the corners that I didnt feel before with my previous hard compound touring tires. Just curious if anyone else has noticed this, or if I should look into some other problematic parts. Also I assune tread block "squirm" is the correct terminology? I mean they are lower profile, the suspension setup is good so I thought, what else could it be? BTW they are 235/45/17
TIA

Are the 555's brand new? You might still be scrubbing off the mold release compound for a couple hundred miles. The full 10.2" tread depth will have squirm but about the same as other tires with similar tread block patterns.
