19x8.5's w/ 43mm offset???

Hey guys, I've google the crap outta this, but I think hearing it from fellow Maxiam guys will make me feel better.

I've got a set of 245/35/19 tires that I plan to mount onto 19x8.5 wheels. Thing is the wheels have a 43mm offset. Will that rub???

I'm running 245/35/19's on a 19x8, 35mm offset setup, and I've had no issues at all.

If I'm using the offset calculator right, a 43mm wheel will push the outer edge of the wheel OUT 2mm??? and the inside edge of the wheel IN 12mm???

Thanks!

You should be fine. You probably have at least an inch plus clearance inside and 1/2" outside. I run 245/35-19 on 19 x 9.5's 45mm offset in the rear and 235/35-19 on 8.5" rim 44mm offset on the front w/ my 4th gen. The 5th gen has much more clearance.

Yeah, I did some measuring yesterday...I think I've got "some" room!

We'll see...I'd hate to drop the $$$ and then have my wheels not fit or rub to all *&^%

How much clearance do you have in the back and the front when the wheels are fully turned? I am looking at a set that has a 45 offset. Thanks.
