Alignment. How much?

Here's the problem. At around 70-80+mph the wheels starts to vibrate/shake and steers towards to the right side.

My question is, could this be a alignment problem or balancing or both?

Also how much is it typically to get a basic alignment and or balancing? Went to Discount Tires and was quoted $89.95 for an alignment and $10.95per wheel balancing. I thought this was pretty expensive.

Anybody?

TIA

sounds pretty expensive...the local firestone i go to charges $65 for 2 wheel alignment...and i already think thats expensive...but good for me, I have the lifetime alignment

Maybe they are quoting you for a 4 wheel alignment? Make sure you ask them for a 2 wheel alignment...they shouldn't cost more than $60....typical places I've seen them go for $40-$50....the wheel balancing sounds kinda high too...but not that far off

get the 2 wheel alignment....if they try to sell you the 4 wheel one, then they are scamming you...becuz our rear two wheels cannot be modified...it comes with preset factory settings...
