First, I have a 2006 Maxima SE that will be lowered on Progress springs.

I've made my wheel choice. I'm going to get the ADR Sterling chrome wheels in 20" X 8.5" with 38mm offset. The tire shop recommends 245/35/20 tires, but I want to go for 255/35/20. The 245s are virtually the same dimensions as the stock 245/45/18s. The 255s are 10mm wider and 8mm taller. I think it should be okay and not have any rubbing. Anyone got a similar setup who can give some input?

Thanks for your input. I know there are a lot of 6th genners here with 20s. Anyone care to share their experience?

Their response would be "the 20's give a harsher ride", "made acceleration much heavier than stock 18's" and "more people look at the Maxima it's on 20's and it's bling bling".
