225/45/18: rubbing issues

heres the deal in the front i got 225/45/18 rear 245/45/18 and my car is dropped 1 1/2" front and 1 1/4" rear, my problem is that all four sides are rubbing against the fenders when ever i hit a bump on the road or if i corner hard, i want to have one tire size all around so what tire size would you recommend that wont be rubbing at all?

g 18's are 30mm offset
g 17x8 are 33mm
g 17x7.5 are 30mm
g 17x7 are 40mm

you should be running 225/40/18, not 45 profile.
