they look nice, but 45 offset too high, IMO. More like 35-37 would be better, at least for 5th/6th gens.

I guess they would work on 4th gen cars, I would go with the +40 given the choice. Not to bash or anything, nice looking wheels

We are actually doing a GB on the Time Attacks in both TE37, RE30, and CE28N for $2699/set in 18". Please give us a call if you're interested!

Genuine TA's, when you can get them go for upwards of $2700, although these are not genuine, they look fantastic and the pricing is killer.

Cheers,

Gary

45 is the offset for Nismo rims. I don't see why that should be a problem.

45 offset isn't a "problem", just a big higher than what is normal for most of our applications around here.

it will fit fine. What I meant is that alot of us like the wheels to be more flush with the fender for a wider stance. I run a 30 offset and they are about 1/4" inside the fender lip.

The 18x8.5 +45 is actually pretty optimal for the Maxima as you have to remember if you are trying to push your track out you may add a bit of stress on the wheel bearings. A +30 offset from a +45 is about 1/2" -difference in track (on each side) but will put a bit some more stress on wheel bearings.

You can also consider a +5mm spacer to reduce the gap if you're going for a more flush look. For cold-forged wheels at this price, I think it's hard to beat.

Cheers,

Gary

It's subjective opinion really. The bearing stress is a negligible difference, IMO.(trust me, i put alot more stress on my wheel bearings than 99% of the owners here ) In any case, not saying they're not nice wheels....just saying that for that kind of cash, they'd better be *exactly* what people want in every respect.

that said, plenty of people probably like the +45 offset too!

Agreed it's not a big difference. And yes, if you're spending big money, I'd get exactly what I want too . That said the normal MSRP for these wheels is over $2000, I think the couple mm in offset is worth the $1000 or so savings. And hats off to you, it's refreshing to see someone competing the Maxima.

Cheers,

Gary
