The 18x8.5 +45 is actually pretty optimal for the Maxima as you have to remember if you are trying to push your track out you may add a bit of stress on the wheel bearings. A +30 offset from a +45 is about 1/2" -difference in track (on each side) but will put a bit some more stress on wheel bearings.
You can also consider a +5mm spacer to reduce the gap if you're going for a more flush look. For cold-forged wheels at this price, I think it's hard to beat.

. That said the normal MSRP for these wheels is over $2000, I think the couple mm in offset is worth the $1000 or so savings. And hats off to you, it's refreshing to see someone competing the Maxima.
