225/50 on a 16*8.5?

I have two good choices for 245/45s on my Z32s: Hankook RS2s and Toyo T1Rs. The kooks will last me about 8k miles and the Toyos are just too much. (I have tried them both)

So I was thinking of going to a 225/50 tire and running some Proxes 4s (cheap, awesome, and will last me longer). The stretched sidewalls will provide nice, crisp handling, but to be perfectly honest, the stretched sidewall look on a Maxima? And on Z32 rims? I dunno, just seems kind of like a idea to me. Does anyone have any pictures of a 4th gen running stretched sidewalls? (and I don't mean chromeSE5)

Just kind of pondering the idea right now.

I don't think they will look that streched. The 225s section width should be around 9"s so I would think with the 50 series sidewall it would look fairly square on a 8.5" rim, tread width should be over 8" on a 225/50/16

Eh, the 245s I have on there are pretty much square. I know it won't be ridiculously stretched, but I think it will be somewhat noticeable.
