Ebay deal gone bad or not?

I won a set of Murano wheels from ebay for almost nothing. I got em yesterday along with my craigslist tires. The guy only mentioned one had some curb rash when I talked to him. I was so excited to get these suckers mounted that i woke up early. Well I sat back as they mounted and balanced the first one and it was good. Well when the guy got to the second one he called me over and showed me that the second one was bent. I really can't complain i only paid $270 shipped for the three good wheels. I am searching ebay as I speak looking for another. I have pics on my cardomain page http://www.cardomain.com/ride/1693101.

you may or may not have been had... shipping wheels is an easy way to bend em. the carriers just throw em around. really no way for you to know.

How were they shipped? If UPS they'll cover the damage most likely or at least give you 100$.

Try to file a claim and work with the e-bay seller. Explain the situation in a non-threatening manner and I'm sure they'll work w/ you to make it right. Its al about how you approach the situation.
