235/35/ZR18, Anything wrong?

So coming home from work today, I get outside to find that my car, along with 4 others around me have had our tires slashed, OH JOY!. 3 out of 4 of the month and a half old tires wrecked. F***. Anyways, I'm going to get Continental Extreme Contact DW's, and I'm trying to decide between 235/40/18 and 235/35/18. The only reason i don't go with the 40's, is that i found a great deal on the 35's. Am i risking anything by going that low profile? Other than my speedometer being off by 5.34%? Also, do i need to take it to a dealer to have the speedo re calibrated?

its gonna be a pretty bumpy ride. I'd stick with 40, but then again, its all up to you.
