4th gen, 13.86 @ 100.11
I went to test and tune at Richmond Dragway on Friday 6/22/07. I got in a total of 6 total runs. My best run was my second run, here is the full slip.
rt: .6710
60': 2.0087
330': 5.7814
1/8 E/T: 8.9202
1/8 mph: 78.63
1/4 E/T: 13.8643
1/4 mph: 100.11
I backed it up again on my third run with a 13.98 @ 98.9, and then again on my 6th run with a 13.94 @99.65
My other three runs I was in the mid to low 14's. On all of my 14 second runs my launches were horrible, and I hit the rev limiter on two of the runs. All in all I am very pleased considering I bettered my PB by ~4 tenths and 3 mph. When I had run my PB before It was probably close to 35 degrees cooler as well. I am looking forward to running again when it cools down a little bit to see what I can really get out of this set up. It would also help if I could get my 60 foot below 2.0 but I am only on drag radials and I suck at burning out.
My mods are all on my 1995 5-speed GXE:
I/Y/E
JWT ecu
00VI tuned with a VAFCII
Fidanza flywheel w/ fifth gen clutch
I am not sure of the weight of my car, but I had an empty trunk and I took the passenger and rear seats out of the car. This is my only weight reduction (other than aftermarkert parts that may weigh less thant he stock parts).
I have videos of all of my runs, but I have no clue how to put them online and they are not on my camera, so if I can get the camera and film I may try to figure out how to upload them on youtube or something.

Great numbers for sure. 60' is absolutely great man, way to get it down.
21.48MPH gained in the 2nd 1/8th, also quite nice/indicative of some nice top end power for N/A 3.0.

I need to find my old slips to see exactly where the gains are. Also where do I go to find the Air density? I would like to see that too.
The 60' is usually right around what I get. The other 13.9 runs that I posted were all 2.0x 60's as well.
If I can find my old slips I'll post back. I know I posted a thread when I ran the 14.2. I'll see if I can find it.
Here it is.

Is only gaining 18 mph in the final 1/8 about right?

yes 2 step would help with launching, and maybe the EU would help the timing some. i am not sure what Jim Wolf does with the timing, but I know it is altered. And as far as running more efficient A/F I did dyno tune and I set my VAFCII where I want it, so i don't know what more can really be had there.

if you are going to take quotes than get it right this is what I said
you can remove the "back seat and dash brace" under the steering wheel for more weight reduction
there is a metal brace behind the pad which he can remove

Ok, stop bothering me

I still understood it as back seat AND dash brace under the steering wheel. No mention of said metal brace behind pad in back seat area.
But whatever, be more informative and this type of thing wouldn't happen.

Dandy, yes this is the N/A car (I wouldnt post a 100 mph trap if it was my supercharged car
)Ceasar, I'll try to get at least one run on youtube. But like I said its not my camera so I will have to see if I can get it some time soon.

good luck getting to your goal. Before the ECU and 00VI, I was running steady 14.3's, with a PB of 14.2x.

To the guy who asked about spray, yes I have thought about spraying it. I'll keep you posted. Currently the car has a very useable/streetable power band, its a very fun car to dive, so if I do spray it will not be any time before next race season.
