everyone probably remembers the case with my mom, also...well, it's full blown pancreatic cancer, and very very low chance of remission...her liver is already starting to shut down, all sorts of fun cr@p...

Thanks...we've been doing our best to not think about it, or dwell on it too much, so we can get through...

the thing that scares us is how my daughter is going to handle it...she's REALLY close with her grandma...

MaxWgn,

I just saw your post from the other Max forum...

I'm sorry to hear of your Mom's passing...

I feel your pain, been there just a couple of years ago myself.

Prayers your way...

Good luck with your claim against the city for the tranny!

As I wasn't able to spend much time online, that was the forum I posted it in...however, he's the lowdown for those who aren't on both...

On sunday, the 7th, at 11:45, my mother passed away, after fighting gall-bladder cancer which spread aggressively through her system, and caused complete liver and kidney failure. As hard as it was to lose her, we're just glad she's no longer suffering.

As for my car...after fighting with it for so long to get it back on the road, and dropping a lot of money into it, the night before my mother's passing, it hit a water-main access pipe that extends about 1" above the ground after going through a double-drainage dip, which tore off a good sized chuck of my transmission...

I'm fighting the city now over this issue...
