Hot day...looking for ECU and MAF upgrades...

I spent the mid-day at the Pull-A-Part in the 85 degree heat. I went out looking for a MAF and and ECU off an 300zx for my 88 GXE (80K mi.). Got there and only found 2 87's. I understand that I should be looking for an 89 z31(turbo if poss) a/t ECU and MAF preferably for a direct fit.

Does anyone have the part# for the A/T 300zx ECU w and w/o turbo? Anyone still have one of these to sell?

Well another post suggested that I needed an ECU from an 89 for my 88. That thread concluded with get one a year newer than your car...So I was looking for an 89 only... what gen year was your max? How much do you want for it? Did it pepp your throttle? Did it throw errors with the correct O2 sensor? 17 mm or 22 mm O2 sensor?

Thing is, the '89 is a third gen Maxima. I am not sure of compatiblity with second gens? Someone here might know. My Max was an 87 and the 300zx ecu was an 87. It did improve peppiness overall. No codes....ran great! Here is my original post with additional info:
