First off, this is my first maxima in a few years.. I've owned many 3rd and 4th gens, mostly black on black se manual models, which have become hens teeth in any generation, and this is the first 2nd Gen I've actually owned (not counting the 2 tone taupe 86 an ex girlfriend owned that actually kind of got me into maximas in the first place over 20 years ago) . Picked it up extremely cheap from a dealer who wanted it out of his back lot but had to tow it home.
I've got it up and running and other than a hole in the muffler somewhere it runs and drives smooth and quick and doesn't appear to be too poorly maintained. However there is an electrical gremlin or 2.. The AC, blower motor, wipers, and radio do not turn on, plus there is a clicking sound coming from the dash and a Sensor light on.
I don't know if it's all related but if anyone has a clue where to start I'd really appreciate it.
This fix is probably just the ACC fuse being blown. All that you mention runs off the ACC circuit. If the new fuse burns out again then more work tracing what's causing the problem. You probably should get a Nissan Service Manual off of eBay which are going for cheap ($10) now that we don't see hardly any 2nd Gen Maxima on the road. Good Luck
The sensor light is something that needs to be unplugged, it was a service thing for the first few thousand miles, double check and make sure the long term storage switch is on, it's next to the fuse box
