I used Andi's 97 5spd dyno from www.boostaholic.com for the 4th Gen, and then Lordrandall's VE dyno posted in the dyno forum. Both of the dynos were listed as 67-68rpm/mph, which is 3rd gear for both.

Anyone want to see how a MEVI stock VQ compares to a VE30DE
?
EDIT: You 3rd gen VE 5spd guys might want to pull 100lbs out of your cars at the track. Why you ask, I'll show you in a later post. LOL tease

we would have to do something to get even, like...port the intake and match it. Also why would a MEVI pull harder then the Variable on the VE? that is something to dig into.
I 2nd that, however here you go http://www.geocities.com/nismo87se/V...vsVQ-MEVI.JPG. Cut and paste if it doesn't work. I added the VG30E dyno.

His dyno actually looks pretty good down low. However compared to the VG30DE it gets owned hehe.

You have to also remember that Randal thinks he's having some VI engagement problems. So the his dyno could actually be a little low in the 4000 and up rpms. Such a cool comparasion.
