The buzzer-like noise & engine-stalling before engine warmed up

Every morning, especially when the temperature is low, when I start
my Maxima SE 92', I can hear a Buzzer-like noise(0.5 sec) from
somewhere under the battery. Before the engine reaches the normal
operating temperature, the rev goes down then comes back frequently.
At this time, the engine is easy to stall. So before the engine is
warmed up, if I restart the engine, I still can hear the buzzer-like
noise. After the engine reaches the normal temperature, the noise
disappears and the engine will not stall.
So I doubt that there is something related between the engine-
stalling & the buzzer-like noise. Anyone has such experience also?
Thanks a lot.
(Excuse me for my bad english)

sounds like your IACV needs cleaning (search for it)

I dont know where the buzzing is comming from, try to locate it. But by the battery are a lot of relays, you can pop the covers off maybe get a better idea of where the noise is comming from.
