rpm on VG engine do not drop instantly

when I put my car on idle, it stays at 1300-1500 rpm for few seconds and only then slowly drops to 900 rpm. It will take ca 3-4 sec. What's problem?

Mine does the same......

My Car does the same too. I don't think it is a problem either.
